16 months ago we were standing in our kitchen and Brad said to me " i think it is time to start the adoption process for a little girl in China!". The next day we filled out the application online and started praying about a little girl, the little girl, God had already pegged to be a Neugebauer!
We accepted a referral for precious 2 1/2 yr old on April 3rd. Since then our hearts have started to swell for this sweet, little round face; we are so excited to have her in our arms. The kids can hardly stand it, they are so excited for the day when she is finally here, in our home, sharing a room with Tessa!

Let me introduce you to Ling Yuan Ting, from the Jinangxi Province. We are in awe of how God has chosen this precious child to be our daughter!
We just received our 1800 provisional approval, we are on to the next phase. We are starting to get emails from our agency about travel, so it is becoming more and more real!! Here we go!!! In a couple months we hope to be in China loving on those sweet cheeks!!
